We do not offer refunds for monthly payments unless your order has been cancelled before the payment is deducted from your card.

Randall Hall allows you to cancel your order/ membership at any time by contacting us and asking for a cancelation. After you cancel it, you will be able to keep generating policies until your trial period or membership ends.
